The variety of treatments I offer are all highly effective, natural ways to relieve physical and emotional stress and tension. They can be used alongside or as an alternative to conventional medicines.

Having over 10 years experience in alternative medicine, and with qualifications gained in the UK and abroad such as Chiang Mai, Thailand, I have a wide range of knowledge on recognising and treating muscular injuries and ailments. Every individual is unique, therefore the treatments I provide are adapted and tailored to suit the needs of every client.

Treatments include: Deep Tissue Massage (massage for muscular injuries/ailments) Dry needle therapy, Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology.
